About Me
I have always valued connection with people. I believe any meaningful shift must start with building a relationship of trust and understanding. I was able to spend hundreds of days outside with participants in a wilderness program in Alaska and those experiences taught me that connecting with people through shared experiences was a powerful catalyst to change.
My approach is being solution focused, incorporating mindfulness and working towards self acceptance. It is important that we understand and discover what works, and is most effective, for you or your family system. Reframing, identifying negative thought patterns and working to regulate ourselves before engaging are things we can work toward.
I enjoy getting outside with my wife and kids. I have two young children and it has been great rediscovering the things I enjoy with them. Building, rafting and cooking are all things that fill up my cup.
